Recorded by Markus Born under the musical direction of Thomas Siffling in March/April 2011, You're Up! was published on June 16, 2011 and features Dagmar Küchlin as a singer.

Whilst the two previous albums are set in a clear musical context, the Walldorf band's fifth studio album points in a very different direction.

The Band

The SAP BIG BAND was founded in 1996 by employees of SAP. More than ten years later, the majority of the active members are SAP employees, and the rehearsals as well as the yearly employee concerts take place at the SAP headquarters in Walldorf. The band is actively supported by musicians from the Walldorf region. The band looks back on a number of exciting gigs in Germany and other countries.

The Boss

The Mannheim jazz trumpeter Thomas Siffling leads the SAP BIG BAND since July 2000. In the past years he always found ways to motivate the musicians to take on new musical challenges. Thomas holds several jazz awards. Many concert tours and projects have led to his excellent reputation in the international jazz scene.
